Just because we are "over here" doesn't mean we are not paying attention and participating to the happenings "over there"... so...

Condolences to those that support the Republicans

and while we didn't have a chance to vote, don't think that we didn't put in our two pence in, we actually put in much more. We exercised our new gambling rights and threw a few quid on predicting the outcome of the elections... That said, you can bet on anything here from who will win "American Idol" to how many times George W. Bush will say "terrorist" is his next radio address. While most people we know don't regularly bet on these every day activities, the opportunity is always around the corner as the "bookies" are as prevalent as grocery stores and pubs.
