I received a call from the Chicago Tribune on our VOIP phone. I don't think they have a canned comeback response to, "Sorry, we don't want a subscription because we live in the UK". This obviously caused some confusion, as he swore he called a Chicago number and was unconvinced it was remotely possible to be Calling London. After explaining the technology of Voice Over IP and virtual numbers, he had one last question: "So you guys speak the same language over there in the UK?"... "I guess so".
