Bums in East London

John woke up super early ready to start the day. Cassie was entirely, how shall we say, 'dehydrated' from last nights drinks. We had our second breakfast in the hotel where the host, i guess you could call him that, let us know that we were only entitled to cold foods and not the eggs and bacon and hash browns which we had some how gotten yesterday. We decided we are better off with the cereals and yogurts rather than the other stuff. There is a lot of sausage and other meat in the London diet. This morning we wandered around and saw a bit of east London near our hotel... its looking like we won't end up living out here. Too many hooligans...and although John might fit in well, Cassie would protest because they allow their pit bulls to roam without leashes and their girlfriends to roam with their entire bum hanging out (imagine a girl sagging her pants like a thug while wearing a thong...not pretty) Rumor has it there is a television show dedicated to the people of east london, The Eastenders, we haven't seen the show yet but we have a pretty good idea what it would be about. We rested up and devoted most of our time to CV(resume) editing, job searching, and applying. Hopefully our employment search will go well next week. We had a fabulous lunch @ The Victoria John had a XL british burger (the meat is different here...probably less processed we'll have to get used to that) and Cassie had these lil deep fried rosemary brie wedges.mmm...We stayed in most of the night glued to our computers except for a minor recess when John brought up some chips and ketchup, mayo and brown sauce for some late night food. John loves the brown sauce... it supposedly has apples in it, which balances out the meat intake with some fruit.
